The mission of the California Highway Patrol (SAHP) is to provide the highest level of safety, service, and security to the people of San Andreas. This is accomplished through five (5) departmental goals:

•  Identify and respond to evolving law enforcement needs. We demonstrate leadership by addressing merging trends.
